Tirtsah has been part of the Danish Design team for many years. She graduated from a Dutch design academy, where she developed a strong interest in Scandinavian design and minimalism. That focus is still visible in her work today.
In her watch designs, Tirtsah looks for clarity and simplicity. She prefers clean dials, balanced proportions and details that support readability rather than decoration. Materials like brushed stainless steel, titanium and sapphire crystal are often her first choice because they are durable, timeless and fit well with a minimalist approach. For straps, she regularly uses smooth leather or fine mesh, keeping the look understated.

The Donau, Palma and Tilt model reflects this way of designing. It’s straightforward, elegant and built around a few well-considered details.

Introducing the Danish Design Amelia Ripple

The Danish Design Amelia Ripple is a new women's watch featuring a 30mm stainless steel case. Its design is inspired by nature: the soft, ever-expanding circles that form when a toe touches the surface of still water. This ripple pattern forms the foundation of the dial design, giving the watch a calm and elegant appearance.

The watch is available in four colour variants: Gold (€169), Two-Tone (€159), Grey (€169) and Choco (€169).
